Privacy notice

This page explains what happens to the details you send us through the “Initiate a Conversation” form on ghzelle.com. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Your full name and work email.
• Your organization, if you give one.
• The project overview or inquiry brief you write.
• Your browser’s user agent (the name and version of your browser).
• The time you sent the form.
• A one-way hash of your IP address. We never store the address itself, and we use the hash only to limit repeated submissions and block spam.

Why we collect it

To reply to your inquiry and arrange a conversation. We don’t add you to marketing lists, and we don’t sell or share your details with anyone.

Where it is stored

In Microsoft Azure, in the United States, in an Azure Storage account that only the Ghzelle deployment can access.

How long we keep it

If no engagement starts, we delete your details after 12 months. You can ask us to delete them sooner, at any time, by emailing privacy@ghzelle.com.

Cookies, trackers and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google’s servers when the page loads. Google receives your IP address and browser details for that request, as with any website that uses Google Fonts.
